Gasket Guy XSell App

UI/UX Design for Tablet
Project Overview
I completed this project as part of my Technology Intern role at Mix Tape Ventures. The company owns Gasket Guy which is a franchise for gasket replacement in restaurants, supermarkets, and other industries. The XSell app allows the gasket installers to quickly and easier order gaskets for their customers while on site and keep track of service requests.
My Contributions
I was given feedback from users about the previous design of the XSell app and my job was to redesign the app based on the feedback and based on current design principles. I created a high fidelity prototype and worked with the developer on this project to make changes to the function and design of the app. This product is still in use at the company.

Here is a preview of the new assets setup and service history. For this we decided that instead of having an assets page for each customer it would be easier to give each customer their own landing page for both service history and asset information. So while the page of customers largely remained the same, a spreadsheet of customers, I created a customer page that included customer information including, name, billing address and shipping address and then below this there is a two-tabbed spreadsheet. The first tab included service history information and the second tab includes the information from the old assets page.
